Essential Duties:
- Set-up and operate multi-axis CNC machines
- Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample work pieces; adhering to standards
- Promote unity and positive morale
- Assure cleanliness of working areas
- Verify part count on router
- Complete quality documentation using readable penmanship
- Debug CNC programs during set up and provides feedback to programming team for improvement
- Escalates issues and asks questions to maintain quality and safety in facility
- Perform preventative maintenance on machine and tooling
- Follow router work instructions
- Sign operations on router when complete
- Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
Nonessential Duties: May perform other reasonable duties as requested, directed or assigned by immediate supervisor.
Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, shift openings available
Reports To: Production Manager/Shop Floor Supervisor
