Rockville Technology is a machining services and fabrication company focused on creation nonferrous machine parts primarily for the US Aerospace and Defense Industry.

Additional headwinds include aging leadership teams, aging capital equipment, and a lack of experienced talent. We Specialize in Transforming Your Production Capabilities.

Milling

Our Milling department includes 23 vertical machining centers including 10 5-axis mills for complex geometries. RT also has 3 horizontal machining centers offering multiple axis, table on table machining of larger envelopes to 58” x 48” x 30” and up to 1000 lbs.

Turning

Our Turning Department has 5 lathes and the ability to produce solid parts up to 20” in diameter and 48” in length. The largest mill includes a slant bed with horizontal milling capabilities.

Quality

Our Quality Department features 2 CMM stations supported by CAMEO and PC DIMIS software. We have full layout inspection capabilities and optical comparison capabilities in-house.

Growing our Capabilities

Automated line with 5-Axis CNC milling capabilities

The automated line is our solution for providing customers with a means of producing a high volume of parts with complex geometries.

With a Fastems pallet system and three Fagima JazzR CNC mills, the automated line enables Rockville Technology to move production between various machining processes without human involvement.
